Climate goal

A new way of thinking to fully switch to low-emission construction. In this way, we want to reduce the level of carbon dioxide emissions on our buildings and new projects. Our commitment to achieve such ambitious goal is to implement strong actions that will reduce emissions from our own operations by 70% and emissions from our projects in the value chain by 50%.

There is set of practical measures that ensure that such goals can be achieved in progressive way and timely manner:

  • Effective Waste Management – in our construction sites or in our offices we ensure a high standard of waste management with a strong focus on recycling and waste segregation
  • Use of Green Tech – We continue to install various innovative technologies that enable water consumption reduction, energy saving, lower maintenance needs and more efficient consumption of usable materials in daily operations
  • Energy Strategy – focuses on providing the most comfortable conditions for our employees while being as electricity efficient as possible. We reduce energy consumption by installing eco-friendly lighting to optimize energy use. We have energy-efficient LED light sources with individual control. In addition, we have internal control systems implemented that allow us to track the energy savings and communicate this data cross company
  • Responsible Sourcing of Materials – we focus on sourcing or procuring materials that are from renewable or sustainable sources, and at the same time do not need big transportation distances

Social – We take into account the long-term needs of the community
Care for life is one of our most important values, reflected in the way we treat the issues of protecting the health and safety of people who build and use our offices. We implement innovative technical solutions, design construction processes and implement working methods that reduce risks to the health and safety of employees on construction sites. In this way, we reduce the number of accidents in the workplace and create spaces conducive to protecting the well-being of our employees, as well as tenants and guests.

The pandemic prompted us to implement safety measures for every employee making our working places more spacious and with a higher level of comfort.

We implement an array of health and safety protocols in order to maintain the highest work standards in our office. We provide ergonomic furniture. Our BHP (Health and Safety) Protocol sets out clear guidance on how to make computer work less strenuous and provides advice on prohibitions and recommendations regarding safety in the workplace. These include: necessary qualifications for the job, appropriate health condition confirmed by a medical certificate, completion of initial training course covering occupational safety and health, pre-work activities, correct use of equipment and machinery in the workplace. The BHP, Health and Safety Protocol improves the quality of work for all, evaluates different risks and, most importantly, focuses on our employees’ well- being and physical concerns.
